30 Day Photography Challenge for Fall 2013
Hi Everyone!
It's time for the Fall 30 Day Photo Challenge. I can't believe it's
already midway thru October, seems like we were just wrapping up the
summer challenge! From October 15-November 15, 2013 please take 30
pictures using the words here, only one image per word please. They do
not have to be taken in order and can even be shot all in one day if
you're up for that! If you don't manage all 30, please send in what you
have! All images should be submitted by November 19 at 9am EST to 30dayphotographychallenge@gmail.comAll photographs will be published on the official webpage and shared on the 30 Day facebook page as well. Happy Shooting!!

30 Day Photo Challenge Day 6
Today's challenge is to photograph an event. As a reminder, these challenges do not need to be shot in order or even daily. I am doing mine in clumps throughout July (I recognize I am more creative that way). I'm expecting to see lots of Independence Day Events, but it can be anything...a birthday party, concert, or even a documentation of an event happening, a child's first visit to the dentist, a fishing trip, a news story - as always open to your interpretation. I love how this looks like an abstract painting. These bricks are normally all different colors, I've changed them to blue hues.

30 Day Photography Challenge for Summer 2013

I'm excited to share this 30 Day Photo Challenge with you for Summer 2013. This is the first time I've done this. I thought it would be fun to push myself as a photographer to come up with some images I would never otherwise shoot. I tried to make the list more conceptual and open to your own interpretation. I hope you will join me for the challenge. There are no rules - anyone, any age and at any level can participate. This can be done day by day, all in one day, on weekends, whatever works for you, but the photos should be taken this summer. You can do part or all of the list. I will be sharing photos in the month of August with the photographers name (and link to work if you wish) on my blog. Please send your images to my email at tdawn.smith@gmail.com The deadline will be August 1 unless enough people write asking for more time. I will be posting images mid August (date to be announced later). If you would like a printable version of this list, please email and I will send you one.Thank you!
